Some healing in progress
This is Dolly. She had pads and shoes to protect her thin soles. The soles rotted out alltogether. Now she is on her way to much healthier
feet
Dan's feet were shod for many years. We lost the pictures of his set up trim but the third and 4th trim shows his heels relaxing nicely
Baby Boy had small contracted feet that could not even hold shoes. He flinched at every nail that went in. He has had a long road
to recovery. It still goes up and down a bit. He moved to a better stable where he moves more and his feet are getting better and
better.
Nokomis is a very big young girl with extremely neglected feet. First trim took forever and the dead sole crumbled out leaving a
very overgrown hoofwall. Before this trim she could not travel without stumbling.
This is Tammy. She is an older mare that had her shoes taken off a long time ago. The process has been a long one as she is very sensitive
to what she eats. She is ridden in boots and I'm very happy with her
This is Chewy's hoof He is a pony my friend Maria bought not long ago. His feet are awful at best. The hoofwall has very
little connection with the coffin bone. It will take a good diet and lots of exercise. Along with frequent trims
This is Jingles. Notice her very high heels at the time of deshoeing . After second trim they are alredy wanting to
be lowered.
This is Ginger. She had lived a life time in shoes. Her feet were stressed and she had hard bumps at the hairline. Now the hairline
has relaxed and she is much more comfortable
This is Rocket's hoof, which is my biggest worry. He foundered and the coffinbone came through the sole. I am very happy with
the foot he is growing despite nagging suspicion about bone loss. I have never seen his X-Rays
